- Defeated Charter School from opening in our school disrict
- Voted down the opening of the NYS Constitutional Convention
- Received NYSUT Community Service Awards (several years in a row!)
- Ratified new 4 year contract
- Donated $1,100 for the holiday "Adopt-a-Family" Drive
- Sponsored students to attend NYSUT Social Justice & Genocide Institute
- Donated $250 for Octoberfest Pumpkins
- Raised funds for the Variety Club Telethon to support Womens' and Childrens' Hospital
- Donated $1200 for teaching scholarship
- Collected school supplies for distribution to needy students in all buildings
- Sponsored 30 members to particpate in Breast Cancer Walk
- Supported Football Boosters, Centorial, and Musical with patron ads
- Supported National Honor Society with patron ad
- Sponsored teacher certification seminar for all teachers who are working to earn their permanent certification
- Maintained a professional library in each building
- Presented each member of CCTA with a gift during the holiday season
- Provided all new members with gift cards and CCTA Unity Shirts
- Purchased 10 copies of Educators' Tax Guides
- Adopt-a-Highway Cleanup
- Sponsored bi-monthly socials for members
- Supported NYSUT Local Leadership Award Recipient - Aimee Murcin
- E-NSSA Scholastic Achievement Award donation of $100
- Coalition or Economic Justice - sponsored ad
- NYSUT Legislation Reception - sponsored 6 members
- NYSUT Summer Institute - sponsored 7 members
- VOTE/COPE Drive - received Abel Blattman Award for contributions at the $10 per member level
- Political action - promoted passage of CCSD school budget
- Presented Tenure Pins for all newly tenured members
- Maintained CCTA website
- Sponsored participation of 6 members at the NYSUT Winter Leadership Workshop
- Sponsored a new member orientation program in August
- Honored members upon retirement
- Sleepout for the Homeless - $50.00
- Donated funds in memory of Donald J. Rowland to the Cheektowaga Rescue Fire Hose Company #1
